Platform roadmap
Where Domain
is headed
Since 2019, the platform has shipped 4 major feature sets. Each one came from watching participants actually work through exercises and hit specific friction points. What follows reflects that same approach.

6 phases,
no shortcuts
Each phase ships when it's actually ready — not on a marketing calendar. Phase 3 took 11 months instead of 6 because the first version of the feedback engine didn't produce useful output for participants.
"The sequence matters as much as the individual features. Getting the exercise engine right before adding collaboration meant participants had something solid to collaborate around."
Core exercise engine
Step-by-step assignment delivery with 3 checkpoint types. Shipped and stable since Q2 2020.
CompletedPeer review tools
Structured critique framework with 8 criteria categories. Participants reviewed an average of 4 peers per workshop.
CompletedFeedback scoring
Automated content analysis across 12 measurable signals. Took 11 months to get signal quality right.
CompletedLive collaboration
Shared editing with version history across 5 revision states. Currently in closed testing with 3 workshops.
Q3 2025Progress portfolios
Exportable skill records showing work across 9 competency areas. Participants requested this in 74 separate feedback submissions.
Q1 2026Adaptive paths
Exercise sequencing that adjusts based on 7 performance indicators from earlier work in the same workshop.
2026Phase 4 release checklist
Live collaboration ships when all 8 criteria below pass internal review. Currently 5 of 8 are complete.
